Unfold as you want and can. When you are safe and secure enough you can take the material and release it into the world. Or not. You are in control. You set the pace. We recommend to do the work one chapter per week or fortnight, but you are free to consume it at your own pace. 

I recommend 20 minutes of uninterrupted expressive writing per prompt. You will be writing your response to them for as long as it takes you to brings up everything on the page. If you run out way before the 20 mins mark so, be it. If you go on for way more, so be it.
